Both mics connected but one transmitter captures voice at a different level than the other

Both mics connected but one transmitter captures voice at a different level than the other

Overview

Possible causes:
  1. Different placement distance of the two TXs from the speaker.
  2. One TX volume is set lower in the VOOK app.
  3. One TX microphone may have dust or debris partially blocking the capsule.

Clean both mics gently, match volume levels in the app, and ensure equal placement from mouth. If the issue continues, contact support.

Checklist
  1. Use the VOOK app for mic controls such as volume, mute, and noise reduction.
  2. Use Enhancer for audio cleanup when internet is available.
  3. Some features depend on your VOOK mic model and receiver type.

Note:
Feature availability can vary by VOOK mic model, receiver type, phone model, camera model, and app permissions.
